I just did 90lbs on the lat pull down, wide grip
and 20 lbs on dumbbell flies
and now it is time for 30 minutes of cardio.
I will turn on good music and put my book on my kindle and run until I don’t want to anymore and then walk until I don’t want to anymore and then run some more until the treadmill stops me and I feel good about my accomplishments.
This is not about how many calories I can burn. This is about doing the best I can with what I have to work with.
